Job Description

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activities/events.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners (brands, vendors, communities, media, etc.).
  3. Developing proposals and requirements for cooperation or sponsorship
  4. Managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics
  5. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all event elements run according to plan
  6. Preparing event reports and cooperation evaluations
  7. Monitoring strategic collaboration opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement

Job Qualification

  1. Women aged 23 years or older
  2. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  3. 1 year of experience in the event industry
  4. Honest, meticulous, disciplined, and able to work in a team
  5. Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiar with Canva
  6. Able to carry out activities/events, have good communication skills, and good problem solving skills
  7. Location: Denpasar, Bali
  8. Available to start immediately
